VIDEOGRAPHY

I love da movies. Although I am currently enrolled in film school, the content you will find here is for weddings, a music video, and something else I did for fun. I hope you enjoy watching them as much as I did making them… genuinely.

WEDDINGS

MEKENNA & ERIC

I’ve been blessed to know some really wonderful people in my life, Mekenna (and Eric!) being one of them. Before ever making anything outside of videos for my youthgroup (you will not find them here), she asked me to shoot a video for her wedding. To this day, I’m not sure why she trusted me, since, if you saw those videos- you would not trust me. But the opportunity to actually film something, and create something meaningful and personal to Mekenna and Eric, meant so, so much to me. And helped in eventually pushing me to pursue Film School some 3 years later. A big thanks to Kathryn Smith for doing a great job getting some really beautiful shots for this as the second shooter.

MEGHAN & HUNTER

Years later, thanks to a recommendation from Mekenna, I shot a friend of her’s wedding- Meghan. This wedding was a lot harder to shoot, as I did not know the photographers, or the clients- and the weather was hot. That being said, I’m still happy with how it turned out, and grateful for the opportunity. My friend Kathryn once again came as the second shooter, and I could not have done this one without her. Music chosen by the couple.

MUSIC VIDEOS

GARDEN SONG

This is a music video for the awesome song of the same name by Phoebe Bridgers from her album “PUNISHER”. There was a music video contest for the single, and this was my submission. I figured since it was lockdown, now would be as good a time as any to experiment with stop-motion as I slowly descend into madness. This was my first music video (although I always edit to music), and first time doing stop motion, and I’m still proud of it. Especially for pushing through mentally to finish this given the state of… everything around me.
